Trading Fee Adjustments with the Signature Program

Enjoy trading fees as low as 0.5%.

Crypto has always grown through participation. Every block, validator, and network upgrade exists because individuals choose to contribute to a shared idea.

Newton’s Signature Program reflects that same principle. It’s built on fair, transparent value for all users without adding complexity. Everything happens naturally, in the background where it belongs.

Your trade volume determines your tier; no forms, no barriers. You’re enrolled automatically.

How It Works

As your volume increases, your trading fee automatically reduces.

Tier

Trade Volume  (CAD $)

Trading Fee (%)

Silver | 0 - 999,999 | Standard

Platinum | 1,000,000 - 1,999,999 | 1%

Diamond | 2,000,000 + | 0.5%

Calculations are based on your trailing 365-day trade volume. Fees shown above apply only to buys, sells, or swaps and are not currently applied to staking or other rewards programs.

How Signature Program Trading Fees Apply

Here’s how your trading activity translates into lower fees over time. Your fees adjust automatically. If your 12-month trading volume crosses into a new tier, your fees naturally reduce.

Example 1:
You’ve traded $500,000 CAD worth of crypto in the last 12 months. You’re currently in the Silver tier, where the Standard fees apply. Every trade from here builds toward your next tier level.
You buy another $100,000 CAD worth of crypto.

Trading Fee: Standard fee applies.

Example 2:
A week later, you buy $500,000 CAD worth of crypto.
Your total 12-month trading volume now moves to $1,100,000, which places you in the Platinum tier. The Newton Team updates your Signature Program status.

Your Platinum fee (1%) automatically applies to future trades.

Example 3:
In December, you sell $1.5 million CAD worth of crypto.
Your total trailing-365-day trade volume now exceeds $2.6 million, moving you into the Diamond tier. The Newton Team has once again updated your Signature Program status.

Your Diamond fee (0.5%) automatically applies to future trades while your 12-month volume stays above $2 million.

Example 4:
If you take a break from trading for a year and your total 12-month trade volume falls below $500,000, you’ll return to the Silver tier, and the Standard fees will apply again.
